Holy cow, you went to all that trouble to become a permanent resident in the U.S. and now you want to leave? You will have to apply to immigrate to Canada and go through the whole process of immigration again. Your U.S. green card does not help you. They may wonder why you keep wanting to immigrate to another country and taking up the few available spots from others who want to immigrate.

Not easy.

You need to apply just like anyone else.

Your green card is not really relevant. It just shows you as legal in the US.

Do you have skills that are in demand in Canada ? If you do then you have a chance. If not then your chances are very poor.

You will need to apply for a resident visa in Canada just
as you applied for the resident Visa ( Green Card ) in the USA.

having an american green card means nothing in canada

you will have to apply and qualify to immigrate to canada

Z
Having a green card is irrelevant. You would have to get in line and apply to immigrate like everyone else.

We're currently working through about 980,000 applications. As we only accept about 250,000 new immigrants each year, I think you can see that even if you applied today, it will take a very long time...that's assuming you even qualify to come here.

Unless you have skills, education and experience in a field that is in high demand here, then your chances of being able to immigrate here are very very small.

Yes - but you would need to go through Canada's immigration process. Each country runs it's own immigration after all.

You might lose your American greencard by emigrating to yet another country.
