Yes it's a library and it's called the Haskell Free Library. It is the most unique library in the world. Located in Derby Line, Vermont and Beebe Plain, Quebec, the border between the two countries runs right through the building. The black line painted on the floor marks the border between the United States and Canada. |

I have heard that there is a business that straddles the border and that people try to go through the business so they don't have to go through customs. If it's true or not I don't know. |
