I'm Mexican and I live in Canada but I have lived here for a long time. It is easier for skilled immigrants to immigrate than to get a job. If you are a lawyer, your degree will probably be considered worthless here.

If you really don't want to stay in Mexico, come here but don't expect it to be easy. Being a man or a woman makes little difference in Canada. This also means that nobody treats you in a special way or goes out of his/her way to help you. When immigrants come here, they are on their own.
