If you respond to the email is there a need to deposit a bond or good faith money to guarantee you will not take their ticket and run?
Remember that something that sounds too good usually is not real.

there is a hotel group by the name of omni - check the net.
depending where it came from (like which country/area) i don't think i would risk treating it as spam. it is quite possible someone has recommended you.
i would suggest you contact their head office or if there is a hotel in your area and explain the situation and say that some people have indicated it could be a spam and you would like to check if this is a genuine offer.
