Contact the Vital Statistics department of the province in which you were born. If you're still living in that province, you could try the local registry office and they may be able to deal with the application there.

Write to the department of vital statistics in your province and request a new one. You don't have to cancel anything.

Call your government agents office. They will tell you the procedure and supply you with the forms to fill out. It will cost you.

Click the province you're in, and it will tell you where to get a new one. Keep it in a safe place this time, as your identity can be easily stolen with a birth certificate.

contact the health dept. of the state and city you were born in, and they should be able to send you a new one... if you live in the city you were born in, then you have it easy... all you have to do is go down to0 the health dept. fill out a form, and show them your ID... they will then send you one in the mail. you might have to give them money too, call first.

There is very little information on your birth certificate. There isn't anything you would need to cancel. Say you're from Texas, google "Texas obtain birth certificate". Of course, substitue Texas for your state.

You should be able to get a copy of it from the hospital you were born.

You don't need to cancelle anything. To receive a new one just go to the County Court house of the county you were born in. That easy.

happened to me too, thought i was illegal for a little while, theres this place you gotta go they just print you a new one
