I really need help i need people from canada or anyone to help!!!?

Considering the diversity and size of Canada you cannot chose one part i.e. Ontario and say this is what Canadians are, each province has its own heritage and reasons for the type of people who founded and populate the area. We are different from the US through our education system, it is a more global system than the US. Our ethnic diversity and acceptance of all people is vastly different and world views are not as self serving. In order to the traditions of Canada you whould have to pick an area such as Newfoundland and them compare to the other provinces and peoples of our country. All in all you should probably isolate a part of Canada and due a report on that as oposed to doing a blanket report and missing some key cultures.

Unfortunately, hearsay from other people doesn't count as a real resource. If you're doing a real report, you'll need a bibliography or a works cited page. So go to the library and find some books, and look through some National Geographic magazines or other articles about Canada - try InfoTrac at the library.

depends on what your interests are and how long you have to write it.....I know I don't need to say this, but you shouldn't have left it to the last minute before starting and you will feel a sense of accomplishment if you do some research on your own. That said, here are some things to think about if you have to do a comparison with the US.
Both countries have very different governmental structure. If you have an understanding of US government at all, take a few minutes to learn about the government of Canada.
Also the difference in territorial organization....Canada has provinces and territories while US has states....
Also, like others mentioned, choosing a particular region in Canada would probably be better, as culture and tradtitions vary.
I understand it can be stressful to get started when you've left something to the last minute (I myself am an avid procrastinator) so...here are some links to get you started.

"They" are a very different type of people. Kind of mysterious at all..even though they are right by the usa.

They live in igloos and eat whale and seal meat. I think sometimes they come out a night. Their traditions are making fun of americans who have no clue by making themselves seem so ignorant. But that wouldn't include you - would it?

Because of the sheer size of Canada and the diversity we have, traditions vary within our own Country let alone comparing to another Country. If you do searching on the web I'm sure there is lots to talk about.
You need references to present something as an fact or opinion and I don't think sourcing a Yahoo answer user would be good to have on a report.

Well im from canada...Montreal to be more accurate. Basically, the traditions in Canada aren't really different from those in the States! We have a French/English province, Quebec. We produce Maple Syrup...lol you chose a Country very Similar to the States for your report. I cant really think of anything different.
