I assume you will be driving from the US. You need an original birth certificate and a drivers license. Since your partner is a minor they will need an original birth certificate and a notarized letter from their parents stating they can go, where you are going, who you are going to see and how long you will be in Canada |

You will need valid photo ID and a birth certificate. Your partner will need a notarized letter of permission from her parents. as well as birth certificate. Passports are not necessary until June 2009.
Most hotels are iffy about renting to people under 25 without a credit card for security/damage purposes. If they decide to rent to you, they might require a deposit. |

For Hotel you need to be 18, have valid I.D and a credit card...or be prepared to possibly pay 250-500 dollar deposit...even then they might not accept you without a credit card... my hotel doesnt

U both will need a PassPort. and no it is not illegal in Canada to rent a hotel room, U have the money, U have the room... Make sure U have all UR documentation in order... or U won't get out of the US and U sure won't get into Canada... |
