Sadly you probably would. For all the crap the USA and Canada has to take from outsiders, it seems they are all busting their asses to move here. And that's okay we have lots of room and many opportunities here in North America. We welcome honest, hardworking immigrants who will help us make our countries even better. But apply thru the proper channels. |

Yes and you would get refugee status until the government decides whether sending you back or keeping you here. You will be given some money too - a pittance - , amount depending on the province but after a while you will be able to work and earn money....the laws are complicated regarding this matter. |

Yes but first you have to register for a health card in the province into which you entered or are living. The government needs records of your immigration status in order for you not to be billed for health care. |
