If a Canadian Federal Election were today, who'd win? |
Or lets say next week, Canadians went back to the polls again and voted in another Federal Election.
Do you think enough Liberals would get in this time to take more seats than Harper's party?
Are there provinces that were leaning Conservative that might now be Liberal or NDP? Isn't there a poll system to track Canadian percentages day to day? Additional Details *If Quebec goes Bloc, Maritimes goes NDP, Ontario and BC go Liberal, where's all the Conservative votes coming from? |

Quebec goes bloc.
Maritimes normally go conservative.
Ontario is a mix.
BC goes conservative & ndp.
The Conservatives would get a majority if a Canadian Federal Election were today. Most people were disgusted with that coalition thing. |

According to the polls, Harper would still win, but Ignatieff is making a good impression. Jack Layton seems lost in the dusdt. |

Nobody would win. Canadians are that fed up with elections, they wouldn't vote anymore. |

Conservatives win again...the Maritimes wont go NDP...they have a foothold in a couple ridings and thats all..you'll see more blue in the Maritimes than all others put together..(remember Newfoundland ISNT a Maritime province).as far as NDPers voting strategically-forget it-if they were capable of it they wouldnt have voted NDP in the first place... |

BC and Alberta are conservative.
If there were an election today it would probably be another Conservative or Liberal minority Government |

The polls say Conservative. A month or so ago it would have been a strong majority but who knows now.
Ontario has more Conservative MPs than Alberta does. The only places with strong Liberal support are Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver. And that's only the inner portion of those cities. THe surrounding and suburbs vote Conservative or NDP. |

I think there would still be a minority, most likely conservative. I for one have lost confidence in the Cons, a couple of months ago they were talking about staying the course and not running a deficit. Now they are planning on a 64 billion dollar deficit in the next 2 years. Can anyone trust a government that got it THAT WRONG. That's a huge difference and a large mistake.
I think if Iggy can make a good impression the Libs could form a minority. But I think a Minority is all we can look forward to for a long time.
Not enough people trust Harper to give him a majority. He is not a very smart politician and is a bully.
NDPers won't vote with the Libs until they trust them again. I have a feeling Layton will lose support after the coalition. |

I think it would still be Tories because with the new Liberal Leader we wouldn't know what he has to offer in just a week! |

Hopefully not the Conservatives. At this point I don't think any parties are in the position to lead the Country. The Liberal/NDP coalition is a big joke. But I think if we did have a Election the Conservatives will get back in. Michael Ignatieff and Jack Layton has lost creditability. |

TOO MANY ELECTIONS.
VOTING WOULD BE AT AN ALL TIME LOW,
AGAIN,
AT 0%
SO NO ONE WOULD WIN. |
