If you are flying yes you need a passport
If you are driving and taking the trip PRIOR to June 1, 2009 and returning PRIOR to June 1, 2009 ..................No you do not need a passport.
If your trip is June 1, 2009 or later, or if you are going to be returning after June 1, 2009............YES you will need a passport.
Land Travel between Canada and the US you require your original birth certificate(or certified copy) and a government issued photo id( ex drivers license) for ID purposes. |
