If you're asking if US citizens are allowed to live in Newfoundland, then yes. As long as they follow the normal immigration procedures. And since both Canada and the US now allow dual citizenships, you no longer have to give up one if you gain the other.

If you were born in the U.S. they ya or if you got a grenn card then ya but if you were born in Canada then no.
