only in the very high mountain passes in the Rockies will you have any chance of hitting snow on the highway in canada in June and that is doubtful. Even north of 60 by that time is pretty much in 24 hour sunlight.
In the southern part of Canada you can xpect 20-30 C (70-85F) daytime and 10-15 nite (50-65F).

Mind you, the highways thru the rockies and coast mountains do close periodically in june as ice pack melts in the mountains and rivers crest etc.. but no worries if you are sticking to the main roads.

If you want to find snow in June, go to the Rockies, in Alberta and British Columbia, where snow doesn't melt from the mountain passes until the middle of summer.

CanProf
Only if you go very far north

Brianna's Mommy
I would say that there is a very very slim chance, since it's already nearly gone at my place, and we had almost record snowfall this year. Most places in Canada do not have snow after mid-April. Other places see it melt earlier than that. I am 25, and have only seen snow in June a couple of times, and it's because I was in the mountains.

Not the Fallen
If you visit BC, yes we'll have snow....up on some of the mountains. So you can hike your @$$ up there and frolick in the snow until you get frostbite.

Or if you'd really like, you can travel farther North to the Northwest Territories or the Yukon and there should be some snow for you.

But don't bother going farther North than that because the Polar Ice Caps are melting and you'll just get wet.

only if your going way way up north or the rockies
it will be warm to very hot in the rest of canada

I agree with Mug R.

Seriously, we're not the country that people think. We're not covered with snow all year round!

it depends on how tall the snow piles get, although avalanches are pretty unlikely

I ALSO agree with MugR...
wtf? Sorry but the majority of our contry doesnt live in igloos, or have dog sleds... lol

So no.... most likely no snow in June, probably only if you go to Yukon... NWT...Jasper/Banff... you could SEE snow, high enough up in the mountains but not always on the ground etc....We have normal summer temps too lol

quinnline
NO! the snow is already melting and wont be around any longer then April. You'll be fine and maybe the temperature will be hot by june, which is 20-25 C

Mug R
Are you American by any chance? Do you have any Idea how big of a country Canada is. I mean be a little specific and less ignorant. Holy Crap.
