Nope. EVERYONE now needs a passport to cross the border.

As long as you don't want back into the US!

Everyone needs their passport. Including you.

this person is a US resident. he is NOT a citizen. and first nations/native american indians.... they ARE american citizens.

you will need your passport. you need it to enter canada and to enter the US. you need your passport when you exit a country and enter a country... regardless of your status in that place.

your green card will only allow you to enter canada without a visa... but you still need your passport with you. you also need it if you want to get back into the US

Ai_22192
It is a requirement now for all american to carry a passport cross Canada, Mexico and Carribean countries. With no exclusion for permanent resident.
