depends on where you are coming from and if you need a visa. A DWI usually will not stop you from getting let in, but you do not need to volunteer that info either. In fact, if asked directly say that you have a clean record. If you are coming from the States on business for instance, it's very unlikely they will even ask the question.

usually they do..but not always. clear it up with customs before you leave the country--I believe that you can legally do this

I GO IN AND OUT OF CANADA/US EVERY MONTH. I HAVE NEVER BEEN ASKED ANYTHING ABOUT A PAST RECORD OR HISTORY. YOU SHOULDNT HAVE ANY PROBS. THEY ASK MORE ABOUT WHERE YOU ARE GOING, WHY, AND FOR HOW LONG.

They do have the ability to check US criminal histories. They don't check everyone, however. US Customs is colocated at most Canadian airports and the two agencies routinely share information. You can be excluded from Canada for as little as a DWI
