Certainly Canada is colony of USA.
The proof is very simple, just you think if 'One Day' Walmart, Sears, GM, Ford, McDonald, COCA and Millions US factory close in Canada; Canadian must just start to eat their own shits!
Since 1995, I tried to help Canadian to get their independence, but they tortured me, and took all my businesses.
My lawsuit in the Federal Court of Canada and in Ontario Court containing my objections. But, Canadian Judges and Political are mostly agents of CIA and have duty to request form USA to accept Canada as one of the States. But, American hate too much Canadian, so this is the main problem; otherwise, in most homes in Canada you can see only Flag of USA!

Many answers they do not know that in 21 century the way US took countries as colonies are different with 16 century.

As others correctly answered, Canada is now fully depended to USA, really there is nothing in Canada to be "Canadian" even all our coffee shops are American companies.
Jets, Cars, Trucks, Medical devices, Computer and even all our Radio, TV, and Media is totally American. I am positive that soon our Dollars would be chance to American dollar which is well know by the World and does not have funny picture of Queen Elizabet II.

It is not accidental that even we have no Hero or Great Leader like American in our History, beacuse we were always colony.

Yes it is. They say that they have the Constitution Law of 1982, but that is just fabricated to make people happy, in reality Canada is colony of American and British.

There is no evidence that the Charter of Rights is applied by any courts in Canada; because a colony state does not have right under the Charter.

The rest of the world thinks Canada used to be a colony (Upper and Lower Canada) and later expanded to the east and west to encompass the width of the continent and became a member of the British Commonwealth, then got their own flag and anthem and all that. But while there are no papers signed stating that Canada is a colony of the US, the US certainly treats Canada as a colony. It's a dumping ground for US produced goods. US media floods the country - a few years ago Canada did manage to oust some of the US newsmagazines who inserted four pages of Canadian content in the center of the magazine and then claimed all the tax breaks and priveleges that Canadian publishers had fought so hard to win. That was one small step for publishers and a giant step for Canada. But those instances are few and far between. In trade wars, Canada always comes second. In interactions between the two countries, Canada always comes second. In almost every way you would care to mention, Canada is always shoved into second place behind the US.

No. At one time it was a colony of France, than Britian. The American did try to take us over in 1812 but we beat your asses. Today we are totally seperate from Britian as of 1982

Absolutely not, if that was true we would have Lincoln on our money instead of our Queen. We may be next door neighbours with the States and share some resources but we still have strong ties with the UK politically and economically. We do have a lot of Amercian tv shows on our channels but we also have a lot of British tv shows as well - and we don't edit them like they do in the States to "americanize" it.
