Canada is a very sweet, multicultural and a friendly country to live in.

A very pleasant environment with lots of things to do. Friends are easy to make as well as many places to go out to.

Hope that answers.

Well, I live in Canada.. in Ontario actually and I must say that i really do love living here. But if you were ever thinking of living here I would recommend living in the west side of Canada. Vancouver and Alberta are very beautiful and have a lot to offer.
As far as being cold.. well.. depends where you go. Honestly.. it doesnt get that cold.. or maybe im just use to it. Although as i mentioned above.. Vancouver hardly gets very much snow.. and its a very mild winter.

I think Canada is a great place, but then I might be a little prejudiced. There are some places in Canada that will freeze you hind end right off. For those with delicate constitutions it is usually recommended that they try Vancouver/Victoria which has a climate much like the UK. Or Southwestern Ontario, which is more continental in climate.

Check out the link for London Ontario which is a smaller sized city, quite lovely, if you are interested in smaller towns, Lucan, Ingersoll, St Thomas, Exeter are also nice.

Canada is a huge country. where is it you were thinking of moving to?
Not everywhere is cold (Vancouver has mild winters) and some places are nicer than others.

Canada's a great place to live! There are many schools, job opportunities and much more! Although, like England it is cold in the winter, although now, its more like spring for me! I'd definetley recomend Canada......It also has really nice places to visit.

I like it but you have to remember that it is going to be VERY different from what you are used to. Somethings will seem familiar and others very strange.

Depending on where you wish to relocate too the winters can be cold to VERY cold and the summers hot to STINKING hot. Also distances can be a little extreme and Canadians don't think twice about going somewhere 2 hrs or more just for some shopping to pick up something or just to get out of the local area.

I've made a good life for my self after coming from the UK but I would return there in a heart beat if my partner and our daughter would move back with me.

Good luck if you decide to give it a go.

i cant say i have ever lived there but i have been there and it is beautiful. I visited Victoria last summer and it was one of the prettiest things, it has a very European feel if you like that. well, depending on where you are.
