I live in British Columbia, Canada, on the west Coast.
It is absolutely beautiful here. I happen to live in the City of Vancouver, but even for a city, its gorgeous!!

There are mountains ... even here at the end of July there is a bit of snow on the tops ... and the ocean, and bays, and rivers, and trees, trees, trees, and more trees. There are many lakes, hills, canyons as well.

I have never been to a more beautiful place. I am an American, and have travlled most of the US, parts of Mexico, and Western Canada.

I can't say enough good about it.
If you ever get a chance to visit, do it!!!

I live and Canada and am very proud of it. It really depends where you are in the country. In British Columbia you have huge mountains with the Pacific Ocean, Alberta you have the Rockies, Saskatchewan is Praries and flat, Manitoba and Ontario (where I live) is kinda bumpy and foresty, Quebec and the Maritimes (New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, Prince Edward Island) it's by the ocean and the St. Lawrance River and the Atlantic.

I am Canadian and it is the most amazing country in the world. Of course there are trees and grass.
Maybe you should look up the provinces and territories and see for yourself.

Japanese tourists love Canada.

No i don't live in Canada. But the maps say it is heavily forested with mountains and streams. it is in the North so it would be cooler there.

My dad is from Canada, but maybe because I'm an American from Detroit and love huge cities, that I am not all that interested in Canada. I mean, don't get me wrong, they have some of the best areas and shops and I love the peace and calm, but I need a busy city life for me. The parts where I go are usually grass and either very green or like a yellowish, lol.

canada is beautiful i live in thunder bay on the northwest shore of lake superior and i have traveled by road for east to west and it is absalotly breathtaking, if you like big cites vancouver and calgary rock smaller cities halifax and st. johns are classy if you like pride all of the praire cities and towns are tops and if you want the great outdoors nowhere else in the world can you do it all in one place like go fishing in the morning hikeing in the afternoon then mountain climbing the next day and still be close to civilization and not know it

fed up
wildraft1 is obviously American, rude, young and most likely, semi-retarded. Canada is one of the greatest countries on the planet. Plenty of green spaces but the terrain can vary greatly from one province to another. One thing that Canada does have that our American cousins sometimes do not is how we are welcomed globally, wherever we go and you will find, if you are a tourist in Canada, that the people are very friendly and welcoming.

Yes I live in Canada, and I love it alot!! The land where I live in Northern Ontario, is very rocky and we have old worn down mountains all over that we call "rocks" there is alot of wildflowers and grass and trees all over.... However where I am there is far more pine and spruce trees than grass, and we have tons of lakes and rivers and the scenery is absolutely beautiful! The forest around here is very thick and usually there are alot of mossy rocks, and wildflowers like Canada Mayflower, Pink Lady slipper, Trillium, Trout lilys and Blue Flag lillies. There are tons of marshes and they are filled with Fragrant water lillies, yellow lillies, and rose pogonias...... It is truly beautiful where I live and I wouldnt move even if someone offered me millions of dollars, see for yourself I am attaching links to photos of my area that I took myself..... Enjoy!
