HELL NO, Canada is not part of the USA. Canada is it's own Country and we do not follow what the USA says, plus there laws has nothing to do with Canadians in Canada. Stupid Americans, We have been North of u guys for a long time and u Americans know nothing about us but Most Canadians know more about the USA then they know about Canada. So I say is please learn more before u post something like this eh?

Apparently from what the news is saying, most of the Northern United States had a vote which resulted in a unanimous decision to separate from the US and peition for acceptance as the new provincial territories of Canada.

For now they will be given colony status, until our Government can work out the details of debriefing and re-education them. Many will have to go back to highschool to complete an equivelant of Canadians grade 12 academic requirements. Which includes learning to speak French.

Once Canada has completed Medical and Psychological examinations, and IF they can pass our immigration requirements it is anticipated that the majority will be allowed to continue living withing the New Provincial Colonies of Canada.

You have to understand that Canada has never actually had an immigration application filed by a whole state before, never mind so many states and has never had to determine the eligibility of actual land before either.

It is anticipated that the US Government wont notice this move on the part of the Northern states to rescind association with the US until such time as the deal is finalized.

The advantage to Canada is clearly in some resource areas, like soft wood lumber, the beef industry, fisheries, mineral exploration, sports fishing tourism, and of course tourism resource related to winter sports such as skiing.

As part of the deal these states have put forwards a bid fee of 40 billion dollars to become part of Canada , not chump change. Its a pretty cool deal, and I cant wait to volunteer for Settlement education for our new Canadians.

There is a national referendum vote (#506) here in Canada on Monday to determine if we Canadians want them to join our country.

Its all over the news today, havent you been watching ?
