Is Pearson the only international airport in Toronto, Canada?

Yes, other than that, there's Hamilton International airport about 30 minutes to 1 hour drive depending on traffic.

Asked and answered already. Twice.

Yes, Pearson International Airport is the only International Airport in Toronto. There are a few other airports in the area, but they are for smaller commercial traffic and private aircraft. You may be able to get some smaller planes to fly "internationally" to US destinations, but only Pearson is recognized as a major hub in the Toronto area.

Just a suggestion: You may want to wait a few hours to see if someone responds to your question before you ask the same question again.

You can just as easily be unable to find a suitable answer due to getting overloaded with responses and duplicated information as you could by not getting enough answers.

Toronto City Centre (C-YTZ) and Toronto Buttonville (C-YKZ) have Customs Officers for traveler clearance only (no immigration svces) for travelers arriving on non-scheduled flight of less than 15 passengers. I think Porter Airways has applied to serve US cities from City Centre, but they will have to pay to have the airport staffed for commercial flights.
Other tahn that, C-YYZ (Pearson) is the only true International Airport in Toronto.

Yes, the nearest other international airport is in Hamilton which some unscrupulous foreign travel companies try to pretend is a Toronto airport.
