Yes, it is still a part of Canada. It does, however, have a special status, politically and heritage wise.

The majority of Quebecois prefer to stay with Canada, but there are still some die-hard separatists kicking up a racket at times.

yes it is although the rest of canada dosnt like to admit it ,all of canada speaks english as a primary lang.but quebec speaks french and dosnt get along with the rest of canada .the capital is in quebec
