Its too bad, its getting a bad rep. Winnipeg is one of the coldest cities in Canada.
I guess which city is best depends on your life style and interests. I love walking on the beach and being close to the ocean, and warmer winters.

Seriously, Winnipeg has a lot going for it. It's an interesting place, with a lot of history behind it. I wouldn't rank it the best, but it is a nice place.
