As previous answers have stated, Burlington is in Ontario, Canada, and Kansas is in the US. I am not sure what either would have to do with hamsters, however.

Burlington is a city in Ontario, although there is also a Burlington in Vermont.
Kansas City is in the US and there is no Canadian equivalent.
