Canada's Niagra Falls is better than America's Niagra Falls.

Frankly it depends on where you live.

Americans are obviously going to say the US and Canadians are going to say Canada.

Since I'm Canadian, I say Canada. Wouldn't move to the US if you paid me. Love visiting there though.

In 2006, Canada was ranked the 6th most livable country in the world by the United Nations Human Development Index. In the same index, the United States was ranked 8th.
Canada's breakdown was as follows: Canada ranks 8th in terms of average life expectancy (80.2 years), 17th in terms of primary, secondary and tertiary education enrollment (93.1 percent) and 10th in terms of GDP (Gross Domestic Product) or average gross income per person ($31,263).
The United States breakdown is thus: 30th in terms of average life expectancy (77.5 years), 16th in terms of education enrollment (93.3) and 2nd overall in terms of GDP per capita ($39,676).

Some would argue that the fact that U.S. wealth is overwhelmingly in the hands of a wealthy minority is a major reason why the other U.S. indicators (education and average life expectancy) aren't higher than they are. On the other hand, Canada has done a better job of ensuring education and health care for its poor and nurturing a more peaceful and less crime-ridden society, yet taxes are higher in Canada and therefore average overall income generated is slightly lower than the U.S.
In the end, deciding which country is better all comes down to where your personal values are and what kind of country you prefer.

Canada eh!

lived in US 41 years & I loved it, now I live in Canada & equally love it here. Really when it gets right down to it, the two countries are very similar. The common misconseption
with the two countries are health care. The US has programs available so people can have health care & Canadas free health care is NOT free. Everybody pays much higher taxes to have health care but it is still nice.

Assuming Lori K is American, thats one point for why Canada is a better country.

Let me guess how this will play out, Americans will pick the US, why do you persist in calling the United States of America, "America", when America is a continent and not a country? Ever heard of South American and North America?

Canadians will pick Canada of course. This has been asked so many times hasnt it?

The USA has many more illegal aliens than Canada, better starting pay for laborers, better weather, so it has to be the USA.
