Is it just me or is canada a stoner's paradise?? |
when i think of canada, i think of weed. u can be smoking up beside an officer, and they wouldnt care. also, there is SO much. and canadian parliament has been seriously considering legalizing pot.

I've seen people smoke weed on the street in the Market in Ottawa, at rock concerts right beside cops (The Stones concert for one) and the list goes on...
You would have to be really isolated to not see it...or SMELL it! Seriously. |
