Only for medicinal purposes and you have to get a card that is authorized by your Doctor.
The "Compassion Club" is an unmarked office that you can buy it from by showing your approved card on an appointment basis. There is also maximum purchase limits and the frequency in which you can buy. A controlled environment. |

No it is not, unless you have been qualified through medical and administrative procedures to smoke medical marijuana (which, by the way, also allows you to grow it for your own use).
However, there is less of a social stigma to be a marjuana user in Canada than it seems to be in the States... The "War on Drug" idea never really caught on here... |
