Hey Mug R, before you mouth off to people perhaps you should stop smoking it long enough to realize that the TDs are right. Yes, it is not illegal to smoke it but since it IS illegal to posses it and you must posses it to smoke it (unless you known of some sort of psychic smoking method) they are right in saying that it's illegal to smoke it. You can't have one without the other, or are you too baked to realize that?

edit- Anyone that gave me thumbs down is a total moron. Learn the law and you will realize it is not illegal to smoke marijuana, but it is illegal to have it in your possession.
Edit- Randy B, This is how the law is written you total putz. A cop cannot bust you after you have smoked even if he knows you have done it and used to be in possesion. If it is no longer in your possession than there is nothing they can do about it. So thee you go, if you do it right it is legal to smoke it.............putz.
Have you ever seen a pro legalization protest where everyone and their grandma is lighting up, or festivals where people can go and smoke marijuana IN CANADA. The reason the cops don't come in a bust everyone is because they know there is not enough people carrying large amounts. If it is all gone you cannot be charged.
