Whether it is snowing right now depends on where you are. But it is winter everywhere in Canada right now. Where I am the temperature today is -45 degrees, but it is sunny. As others have said, Canada is huge, but February is definitely winter here. I would say it is not "warm" anywhere in Canada right now. |

I live on Vancouver Island. No snow. It's about 6 celsuis right now. And as others have said, Canada is pretty big; you can't expect the weather to be the same everywhere. People always think it's cold in Canada. |

It really does depend where you live. Where I am, we have about 2 feet of snow and THANK GOODNESS it's warming up! A week ago the wind chill brought us to about -50C!!!!! IT WAS SOOOOOO COLD! I felt bad for the people in Manitoba. Apparently it's a little colder there than here. |

It just started snowing here in Toronto, but it's been -16 Celcius now, -31 with the wind chill (that's freakin' cold).
It was warm a couple of weeks ago, with the January thaw, but we just got two huge snowstorms. |

It's definitely colder in the winter than it is in the country. |

As everyone has said it depends on where you live. Here in Calgary, Alberta it's -25 today and we had snow yesterday.
Two days ago it was +4. On Friday it's supposed to be +5 and rain. You just never know. |

A couple of days ago it was +4 C. If you're from an equatorial country, that would feel cold... but for much of Canada in February, that's downright balmy.
However, it's gone back to snowing now... |

Do you have any idea how big Canada is? It's quite possible that it was warm where this person was at the time and cold somewhere else.
IT is not snowing in Edmonton right now, but it might be somewhere else... |

Here in St. John's Newfoundland it is -2C (about 30F). And snow flurries. |

It all depends on where you live in Canada. Southwestern British Columbia usually doesn't get a lot of snow, and if they do, it melts in a few days. Of course, it's different in the mountains. But, on the other hand, if you live even a few hours north in BC, there'll be snow. I live in Manitoba, and it is frigid. Blizzard and wind chill warnings today. |

Is it snowing in Canada? Does Michael Jackson like little boys?
It's snowing like hell (the frozen over version) in Toronto. We've had pretty much the worst winter in many years!
So to answer your question, yes, but depends on location. Which part is your Russian client in? Is she hot? |
