Is randomly kissing someone a chargeable offense in Canada?

A very cute girl was riding the Toronto CTC public transportation bus and happened to be seated next to a gorgeous lesbian girl. They were showing the movie "Clueless" on the bus.

The lesbian girl was so turned on to the cute girl sitting next to her that she leaned over and started kissing the girl passionately on the cheek like 50 times.

The cute girl didn't want the kissing, can the lesbian girl be charged?

What crime would this be?

can the cute girl use lipstick on her cheek as evidence?

(But also the cute girl stuck her tongue in the lesbian's ear. Before she complained.)
Additional Details
But because of the tongue in cheek incident by the cute girl, when the RCMP arrived, both girls were arguing bitterly over who started it.

How would a Canada court handle this crime?

I'd say that's Sexual Assault or Misconduct, at best.

But even if an assault is reported, doens't mean the person will be charged. Does a girl kissing another's cheek really pose a threat to our safety? I doubt it -- I would hate for Canada's legal resources to be used up on such a frivolous case.

I'm no lawyer but I would definitely think it's sexual assault.

Tyler
yes. TECHNICALLY that is sexual assault.

but unless the "cute girl" goes to the police asking for the charge to be pressed, nothing will happen

tongue in ear is probably an assault i think, if it was unwanted.

Maybe the lesbian threatened her at the first place and then rape her after.

the courts would be jealous because they would wish they had two lesbian girls kissing on their cheeks and ears.
