No, I don't think it is. I think it's somewhere in US.

No. its still is illegal to posses and use in Canada. Only those with specific medical conditions such as AIDS are allowed and they are available by prescription only. As for availability in Montreal, there will always be somebody that will try to sell you in the park or in a club but it will be at your own risk.

Still technically illeagal in all of Canada. However, its pretty easy to get and your not likely to get you a$$ tossed in jail for it. Usually confiscation and a fine. Happy hollidaying!
