No, it is not tropical, but usually Victoria gets less rain and more sunshine than Vancouver.

no.
it is rainy and hot in summer but rarely at the same time.

No, Victoria's weather isn't tropical. Right now they are covered in snow. The climate is basically described as Mediterranean but they do have their winter, spring, sometimes a summer and a fall. Too far north to be tropical.

It certainly hasn't been "tropical" over the last few days. This past Saturday night we got snow and a cold arctic wind. The wind chill on Monday made the temperature feel like -18c. Slightly better yesterday as there was no wind but the temperature only got to +1c. Today they're forecasting more snow for today and tomorrow with the winds returning. Forecast high for today is +4.
I could use a little "tropical".
:)
aha, no
its just very mild..

Nope.
The weather is usually warm, with the occasional rainy/cloudy day.
They have snow right now though! =]

Kind of.
If you are looking for tropical, then Vancouver would be a better bet since it rains much more often there.
Victoria DOES get rain (don't get me wrong there), but they typically get nicer weather than the mainland.
