Sasha B
The China town in Vancouver is the second largest in North American.
You don't need to spend a whole day there but a few hours.

squirrely
Yes, it's huge.

Karen L
Sure is, it's about the oldest part of town. It isn't really big but has lots of character and some good stores.

ƒαíℓ
Yeah. Pretty big.

To get there from the skytrain station get off at Main Street and walk north a couple blocks.

John W
Yes, there is a huge China Town in Vancouver. Also, if you drive south to Richmond, which borders on Vancouver, the population is 65% Oriental. Great shopping and restaurants.

Is that a joke?

Vancouver has the second largest Chinatown on the continent of North America, San Francisco is the largest.

At least 1/3 of the population of Vancouver is of Asian ancestry, mostly Chinese. That percentage is rising.

Go to Richmond, a suburb south of Vancouver and see how that area is becoming a new Chinatown.

Don't believe me. You'll see once you get on your plane to Vancouver, half of the people with Asian looks. Then you'll get off your plane in Vancouver and see signs in Chinese.
