It is not legal, it is still considered a criminal offense, it has not been "decriminalized". The police dont go around looking for people who are smoking, but you can and will be charged if you are dumb enough to light up openly in a public area and there is a cop around.

there is a good shop don't think they sell weed but its all about it in that shop. Its on hastings close to gastown.
