Hi. My husband and I have booked our previous flight to Vancouver with www.canadianaffair.com. Always got a great deal. As for onward flights to Victoria, I don't know- we have alway opted to get a coach straight from Vancouver airport to downtown Victoria (ferry included in price) It's a beautiful journey and I highly recommend. Busses are frequent, check on www.pacificcoach.com. As far as I remember the journey takes a little less than 4 hours, but the major part is spend on the ferry with plenty of beautiful scenery to look at!!! I hope this helps! Tanja
PS: If you are really desperate to fly, we used 'Tango' for internal flights in Canada, and they were pretty cheap!Don't know whether they fly to Victoria though...
PPS: Just checked on 'Canadian Affair', and if you can twick the dates by a day or two you'd pay £495 per ticket(from Manchester).

What I had found is:
- 1069 EURO - Economy/Coach - Flight operated by AIR CANADA (fees and taxes included)
- 1308 EURO - same class of service - Flight operated by BRITISH AIRWAYS

Hi, take a look at www.travelclick.co.uk, lots of cheap flights and package holidays. Just a little tip for you, sometimes the package holidays are cheaper than just flights, have a mooch around, you will be amazed at the prices. PS .... to get an even cheaper price, give them a ring and barter... it works everytime.

Hi,
There are few low cost Airlines that fly Intercontinental.
I found this:
http://www.routehunter.com/airlines/europe/low-cost-flights-from-Manchester-to-Vancouver.html

And try http://www.flyzoom.com/

Good luck!

I did a few searches and was getting flights at £1300 from opodo.co.uk
If you can change the dates abit www.zoomairlines.com are very reasonable may i suggest trying other airports to get cheaper prices and maybe using ryanair or easyjet to fly to the other airports.
eg belfast to vancover is coming up at £590 leaving aug 12 return sept 11 im sure flying to belfast could be around £50 using easyjet or other don't use flybe it does not go to belfast international

Try www.FlyGlobespan.com, if you wanted cheap you could do connecting flights, would probably go over to Germany or France then straight to vancouver. Or try flights from London they are always cheaper, you'd have to get there though, the £30 on a hotel in London could be worth the £300 flight savings!

Definitely take a ferry for the Vancouver to Victoria part of the trip. In addition to it being much cheaper to end your flight in Vancouver, the ferry trip itself is beautiful. And in the end it won't take much more time than transferring flights.

As for the Manchester to Vancouver part, I found Air Transat (a charter airline) to be the cheapest when I flew a couple of years ago.

It's just cheaper for you to take a plane to Vancouver; board a bus and take the ferry over to the island. That's what a lot of people do go here on the Island. Since it's cheaper to take the ferry instead of taking a plane from Victoria to where ever or from where ever to Victoria. They will take a bus, ferry over to the Vancouver and take a plane. Anywhich way you will end up stopping in Vancouver and you might have a long wait for a 25 minute flight from Vancouver to Victoria. I know I have travel off the island and I have waited up to two hours or more for a transfer fight from Vancouver to Victoria.
