Vancouver, without a doubt. BC is also known for the best quality of Cannabis in Canada. And I don't even smoke the stuff. But I have a couple of brothers who do & they say it's the most potent stuff. Really all of Southern BC is cannabis friendly tho. I remember a trip to Kelowna, I think it was, and although it's not that big, it was VERY cannabis friendly. Hemp product stores and everything, they're very open about it.

There are laws against it, are they rigidly enforced? Not really, unless you are growing and/or selling. However there is always a chance you can or will run into a cop who is hell on drugs and anyone smoking.

FYI people there IS a Spuzzum in BC. Last time I drove past it the population was like about 16 and I think they counted the dog ! LOL

Nelson, hands down. Their currency is marijuana. It is the hippy capital of Canada.

Nelson is a little city in B.C.

That would have to be Vancouver. Seconded by Toronto and Montreal.

i just saw that BC has over 26,000 reported grow ops, if they used the entire police force they could only take down 17,000 max...it'
s at the point where the laws don't reflect the reality of society

"Hi"....without a doubt, Vancouver and the Metro Vancouver area ! *lol* (B.C. Bud and Maui Wowie )

One just has to stroll down Granville St. and one will get "hot boxed" !

Here's an interesting article in the Vancouver Sun.....

As regards "420 in Vancouver" have a look at this.......

On a side note , what other Province has the "B.C. Marijuana Party " ? *lol*

Personally I prefer a "rum'n'coke" but nevertheless , to each his own I guess especially here in "Lotus Land" ! *lol* (Michael C...)
