Vancouver, without a doubt. BC is also known for the best quality of Cannabis in Canada. And I don't even smoke the stuff. But I have a couple of brothers who do & they say it's the most potent stuff. Really all of Southern BC is cannabis friendly tho. I remember a trip to Kelowna, I think it was, and although it's not that big, it was VERY cannabis friendly. Hemp product stores and everything, they're very open about it. |

There are laws against it, are they rigidly enforced? Not really, unless you are growing and/or selling. However there is always a chance you can or will run into a cop who is hell on drugs and anyone smoking.
FYI people there IS a Spuzzum in BC. Last time I drove past it the population was like about 16 and I think they counted the dog ! LOL |
