Definetly Quebec. Western Canadians (especially those living in Alberta and BC) have waged a decades-long cultural war against Quebecers who haven't done anything against the West to provoke it. That was enlightened in the 2008 coalition crisis, when a mere endorsement from the Bloc (a regional party that acts as a watchdog to defend Quebec in Ottawa) to the Liberal-NDP coalition was seen as a "pact with the devil" even though the Bloc, by doing so, had their hands tied and couldn't sway the government.
People from other provinces have also had, in the past, disrespectful attitudes towards Quebec (such as the prohibition of teaching French in public schools in the 1910s, the 1989 Brockville flag incident, the 1990 Sault Ste. Marie language resolution, and the rejection of the Meech Lake and Charlottetown accords), but in Ontario and Atlantic Canada this has mostly died down.
Quebecers have managed to defend their culture and way of living for centuries despite vigorous attempts to assimilate us.
While Quebec's "War on English" is indeed a violation of constitutional rights, there is no reason to incitate hatred towards an entire province for that, as this is an internal issue.
In Quebec, the most disrespeect is seen towards Newfoundlanders (who are subject to lots od bad jokes), but this is much less of an issue than the virulent anti-Quebec and anti-French cultural war by Western Canada. |

I imagine every province is disrespected by someone. We seem to spend a lot of energy making fun of each other. We know all Albertans are red-necks, folks from BC and Ontario are snobs, Nova Scotians are weird ( Trailer Park Boys was a documentary).
Even tho' I live in Quebec, I think the most disrespected are Newfoundlanders. |

I would say Newfoundland and Labrador. For generations there have been jokes about people from Newfoundland that make them out to be stupid and naive. |

I believe, what you are talking about, is the series of articles in the paper the last day or so regarding the way Alberta feels about itself. Personally, I live in Alberta and I don't see what they are whining about but then again I'm an Ontarioan at heart. |

Quebec.......Once considered being a separate state by leaving Canada.......many resist learning English as a first language......the province is not loyal to it's country.....they deserve what they get....... |

there are a couple that, depending on which province the person (who is doing the dissing) is from, that will be dissed:
1) Saskatchewan - they're flat and don't have very much to look at...
2) Ontario (mostly Toronto) - Toronto: "doesn't know that anybody else exists in Canada... Canada consists of just Toronto"
3) Quebec - b/c they're french and have tried to separate from Canada a couple of times (this has died down) |

Alberta. Politicians have said that they think it's a cow to be milked(Dion), flipped it's people the bird(Tredeau), said is has no culture(Tredea again). And nobody is really offended when you publically insult it's people. |
