If it is just one day, you have all the list up there. Include Panorama, a lounge bar on top of Manulife building at Bloor & Bay. The skyline from there is out of this world.

Paramount Canada's Wonderland is one that hasn't been mentioned yet. Oh, and here's a little tip: DON'T DRIVE in DOWNTOWN TORONTO. Places like Eaton Centre, Ontario Place, CN Tower, they're all subway/TTC accessible. Trust me, it'll save you one major headache driving in Toronto.
