Why don't you get a map and learn yourself? this way you'll not only know the names, but also know where they are located.

There are a whole LOT of cities in Canada. You need to figure out your homework yourself I'm afraid.

Ottawa is a must. if you can't even name the capital, it is not good. Montreal and Quebec City are a bit northern. why do you have to learn all the names anyway? If you live in Toronto, then you probably don't care about Vancouver. Once you settle down, talk to people, you will know the towns around.
