There's really only one airport for Toronto and that's Pearson Int'l.

There are others in the area, like Hamilton, but that's really for cargo and courier companies, Downsview which is military and the Island which is a small commuter airport for Porter Air.

Pearson is also in Malton, not Toronto so it's technically in Mississagua which is right next to Toronto. I guess it's like Tokyo's international airport Narita is actually in Chiba which is about an hour away from Tokyo by train.

The primary airport in Toronto (YYZ) is Pearson International Airport.

This airport serves all International flights and almost all national flights. Unless you are flying on Porter Airlines, then you would be using Pearson.

They are both the same airport. Check out the link I provided.

Toronto airport handles both national and international flights out of 3 Terminals. Pearson International airport is code YYZ and is located in the north part of Mississauga and not actually in Toronto.

TBM
It is the same airport

Yes, it is the same: Pearson. But there is also a very small airport on an island right near downtown which so far is served only by one domestic discount carrier (Porter Air).

Metro Toronto is also served by the airport in Hamilton, and, to a lesser extent, that in Buffalo, NY.

There is only one airport in Toronto for large commercial aircraft and that is Pearson International Airport.
