Hey I work at a souvernier shop on the NY side of the falls and honestly you should stay in Canada, I don't know too many specifics but everyone who starts off on the US side ends up going to Canada. The Casino hotel on the US side is really nice though If you want to stay in NY and just go to canada for the day =)

the Canadian side is much prettier. Do you have your passport? Any hotel chain would work , wouldn't it?

The Courtyard Marriott is a big one on the Canadian side, but honestly, unless you get the honeymoon suite, you'll have the same result getting a room at the admirel in clifton hill
