Go to whichever is closer to you, neither is that great and they are 5 hrs apart.

Actually, better go to Toronto and have some real fun, it's only 1 hr or so past Niagara Falls.

I live near the Falls, I have never been to Windsor but its pretty fun here. "Jacks" is a nice little bar near Clifton Hill (major tourist area) there is also the Double Olive a few doors down if you wanna go a bit more upscale. The area has a bunch of clubs/bars. Lotsa U.S. kids too young to drink in NY go there.

definately Niagara Falls. Windsor is where my mom grew up and is not very safe or nice at all. Its right on the detroit border... and you dont want to go anywhere near detroit. trust me.

Haha...this is an awesome question for me...I just moved from Windsor, where I lived for the past 5 years. And I've been to Niagara hundreds of times...2 weeks ago as a matter of fact, and just came back from a weekend in Windsor. OKAY....if you're looking to go bar hopping or clubbing, Windsor is awesome for that...people rag on Windsor, but it is a party city. There are so many bars and clubs there, it's insane. Plus it has the casino...which by the way, is under construction at the moment, so that kinda sucks. But there is always a party there if that's what you're looking for...all the kids from the University and those from Detroit and area go every weekend to party. BUT, Niagara Falls is a great place to chill. It also has a great casino, and some bars and clubs, but not as many as Windsor does. You can always find something to do in Niagara, but if you're really looking for the night life, go to Windsor.

Go to Canada especially since your friend is not 21 yet that way she can have a lot more fun since in canada the drinking age is 19 that way she will have tons of fun and so will you and everybody else you party with. HAVE FUN!
