For visiting Anaheim, definitely Orange County (airport code is SNA just fyi for when you are looking at flights). Its a small airport, easy to get around in, and you dont have to deal with the ugly traffic around LAX. Alot of times you can find really good deals into OC for even less than LAX, it just depends on where you are flying from. Also when you consider what it will cost you in gas money and time, its worth paying a little more to eliminate the hassles of LAX. |

I would prefer Los Angeles International Airport. |

-John Wayne Orange County Airport (SNA) 20 minutes, 13 miles/21 km to Anaheim
-Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) 50 minutes, 35 miles/56 km to Anaheim
Good Luck! |

If there's not too much difference in price, you should consider Orange County (John Wayne Airport). It's only about 15 miles from Anaheim and Disneyland and you can get a shuttle easily from many of the hotels to pick you up if you call ahead of time.
If yoou fly into LAX (Los Angeles) it's about an hour's drive to Anaheim as well as hitting traffic on the freeways that can make it longer.
The flight into LAX is probably cheaper, but it's easier from O.C.
I live in Anaheim and have used John Wayne airport many times. |

Orange County, it is far less crowded and large. Have a safe trip! |

I personally like LAX, its huge and has everything, thats all |

it's closer to the Orange county than LAX, but than it depends which airline you can find a better price and which airport that airline flys to, and is the price difference worth the extra travelling distance. |
