Both, because my nationality is of both countries.. I live in Toronto, and I've traveled to New Delhi.
Both cities have differences of course; Toronto is know to be the first or second safest city in Canada! and the crime rates are low as of 2005 compared to the other cities across the globe. The ratings for homicides,gang violence,robberies, etc are extremely low in Toronto, but they do increase year by year.
