Here is a website with listings of the parks in Calgary. Unfortunately, there are no photo's of them, just descriptions. You have to keep clicking the menu items on the left to get to the various parks.

Perhaps this will help as a starting point. Are you looking for a park for your wedding, or for a reception? Or are you looking for a park to walk your dog, or to relax in? Specifically what you are looking for will assist people in answering.

Calgary does have alot of nice parks actually. You might try riley park, or peirce estate park. Not sure on the spelling of those though.

I think Bowness Park is a nice park in the NorthWest. Theres lotd of trees and theres nice places for pictures. Theres water and a bridge too. Take a look at a picture below.

I am assuming you are looking for a park for wedding pictures?

Unfortunately, Calgary does not have a picturesque park for such an event. The most popular site is the Devonian Gardens. Here is the link which has pictures http://www.ucalgaryrecreation.ca/racquets/content.aspx?page=policies

You may also look at the Calgary Zoo. It is becoming a popular place as well. http://www.calgaryzoo.org/PrivateEventsandBanquets/EventPlanner/weddings.htm

Check out Edworthy Park - personally I quite like it, there's lots of space and trees and the river is quite nearby.

If you are looking for a rustic setting with plenty of trees & some ponds try Carburn Park in Riverbend. It runs along the Bow River. Not much for flowers though.

Hi: The most popular one for that purpose is the Confederation Park, located in the north- central part of the city.

Here's the city's web page featuring a small photo and some download links

http://content.calgary.ca/CCA/City+Hall/Business+Units/Recreation/Facilities/Golf+Courses/Confederation+Park/Confederation+Park.htm

It is mostly about the golf course located there, but the park is much bigger than that.

Here's a bit more about weddings in Calgary.

Have a special day!

Sorry I can't be more specific about this park I'll tell you as much as I can. If your driving north on 14th street n.w there is a park on the left hand side, in front the L.R.T bridge. there is a park with lots of tree's and flowers that I've seen quite a few wedding pictures taken. Sorry I can't help you more.

Calgary has got one of the largest national parks in it.. Fish Creek.

Eau claire and along the bow river is nice. There's a bird sanctuary near Ramsey.

Oh yeah.. the Calgary zoo has private functions... actually that would be top pick. They have nice flowers.

This is just the top of my head.
