If "relaxed" is your primary requirement consider Atlantic Canada. St. John's, Newfoundland is one of the most unique cities in the country, and will have all the amenites you require. Winter weather is not great, but the hsopitality, culture, heritage, and friendliness of the people more than make up for the weather. |
