Snow in Toronto?

Hi!

I'm just wandering -- is there still snow on the ground in Toronto?
I'm coming for a few days later this week and don't know if I should wear winter boots or lighter shoes will be ok.

Thanks! :)

As said, there is still snow on the ground in Toronto and most surrounding areas. It has been a bad year but I am going to be slightly more positive in my forecast. There are flurries expected in the next couple of days (along with rain) so it is not likely to be of any accumulation. Do still bring warm clothes (still pretty cold) and boots (even if you plan on wearing shoes). As we have seen this winter, Mother Nature can be very unpredictable so beyond this very moment, anything can happen.

There is still snow (probably more to come before the winter is finally over) and it is pretty cold still as well.

That should tell you what you need to know.

Your best to wear rain boots, its more slushy than anything at the moment.

There is still some snow on the ground. Definitely plan on winter weather. This winter has been quite a bad one, so there is probably still more snow to come.

well its starting to warm up here, but there is still snow on the ground left over form other snowfalls. hard to tell whether it will snow again, but if the weather satys the way it is you shoudnt need boots

You Bet there is! Although it is beginning to melt a bit. You should bring shoes too though because the streets and sidewalks are now clear.

lighter boots are fine, seems like spring is slowly coming!

Yep . . . there is still snow left on the ground. The weather is still pretty cold, and there is still a chance of more snow falling in the next few days. I would recommend wearing your winter boots =).
