Lol - I agree with Jenny - spot the Canadian by their clothes, but also by the friendly/stupid grin on their face and their willingness to talk to strangers (at length), especially about the weather.

Were you eating Kraft Dinner or drinking Tim Horton's at the time? :)

Seriously, Canadians look like people from every part of the world. Africa, Asia, Europe, South America - we are all here!

That doesn't make sense... Technically you can't really look Canadian unless you're a native Canadian because otherwise you'd have European ancestors.

Perhaps you were showing pride in our country. Where you wearing the ever popular little Canadian flag?

The typical Cdn. look isn“t the face or skin colour of course. I can usually spot Canadians (abroad) by their clothes - Goretex jackets (eg. North by Northwest, Roots etc), baseball cap, Goretex hiking boots or in summer Teva sandals, casual but not sloppy clothing - Roots sweatshirts, jeans.

How is this different than Americans? I can“t really say too much, but the Cdn.s I see look more "outdoorsy", if that makes any sense. Their casual clothes look more like hiking clothes, not just a t-shirt & shorts that an American might wear.
Or maybe it“s all in the aura..... lol
