Strip clubs in Montreal?

I heard the strip clubs in Montreal are far more free than the ones in the U.S. Is that true? What can happen there? My boyfriend went, but he told me he didnt get a lap dance, so if he didnt what did he do there? He said he only went there to see the expression on his friend's face.

ha ha haaaa... yes canda has surely more freedom than the ones in the US. Let's just say that everything is "up for grabs" and I mean that litteraly (sometimes even more than that). I hope you trust your boyfriend.

I would follow your heart. If your questioning him then there is something you didn't or don't trust about it. I don't think any man would tell any woman the truth specially what he would do with his friend's. I have never known of any man that would just go there to see the expression on his friend's face. That sound's funny in itself. I would try not to think to much on what he did there cause you will drive yourself crazy. But I'm pretty sure you can imagine what he did there. Everybody else kind of answered the rest of your question. Go with your feelings. If you don't trust him then there is a reason.

it's not free. depending on which club your going there is entrance fees and then you pay the streaper if you want a privite danse.

but usually they pay the entrance and take a table an watch....

Yes, montreal strip clubs are more liberal. They are definetly not free though!

Personally, I always get bored after about 5 minutes. After you've seen one dancer you've seen them all...

yes they are

He must respect you a whole lot for going to a strip club. Why don't you have some respect for yourself and find yourself someone that will respect you for who you are.

I'd wonder if your boyfriend compares you to those on stage? Must make you feel real good.

Well the strip clubs are not that much different than they are in the US. But Canada has a lot more sexual freedom and respect for women who enjoy it. Prostitution is not entirely legal as my_t_tay writes: while it is perfectly legal to enter into an arrangement of pay for sex (and the courts will enforce any terms as a business contract) street solicitation and pimping are illegal. And in addition to our strip clubs (which are mostly visited by tourists) Canada permits public partner swapping clubs. Polyamourism is much more accepted here; the age of consent is only 14 (12 if your partner is 14 or less),

pretty wild place, prostitution is legal in canada, the clubs are all nude and serve alcohol and in private room anything goes.

Your paranoid.

If you trust him, theres nothing to be worried about.

Even if he got a lap dance, so what? its just fun. Hes not going to run off on you with that woman, is he?
No, relax a little! There is no harm in it.
