All summer long. This weekend, for example, is the Alcan dragon boat festival - the largest dragon boat festival outside of Hong Kong. Bard on the Beach is on - Shakespeare performed outdoors in tents, this weekend is also the Vanier Park Kite Festival -- Dominion Day (Canada Day) is July 1st and pretty well every community has celebrations on that day, along with the big ones downtown.
