Probably the best area to go is the West including British Columbia and the Rockies. You can do some amazing train trips through the mountains, visit the National Parks, spend time in Vancouver Etc.

For more rugged adventure, travel to the Yukon or Northwest Territories, they have some amazing lodges if your into outdoor activities and fishing.

It depends on what your looking for/to do. If your into rugged outdoors/camping/hiking, then I suggest you travel to BC, plenty of trails, mountains and skiing, hiking, mountain biking. If your into city life and want to be in a big city, I recommend you travel to either Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, or Montreal. No matter what you choose, you won't be disappointed.

"Anywhere in Canada" is a nice general question considering Canada is ummm errr...kinda big.

But I'm guessing you want people action? Go to Quebec City. The girls are simply beautiful.

For the most interesting characters, way of life, scenery, varieties of weather, and much more, head straight for the Maritimes.

I've always enjoyed the Jasper/Banff/Lake Louise area, if you like nature. If you don't, there's always the West Edmonton Mall not too far away. Drank the best strawberry "mugoritas" there one evening.
