Your fastest route would be the 404 which is east of the 400. Go South on 404 to Steeles,
West (right) on Steeles to Bayview and
South (left) on Bayview right to the hospital. |

Go to Major Mack and then head towards Bayview and just go straight down. It'll be a rough ride though so make plenty of pit stops. |

Sunnybrook Hospital is on Bayview Avenue, just south of Lawrence. You can get on Bayview far north of Toronto and take it right down past Steeles, Sheppard, York Mills and Lawrence (which is a kind of cool underpass that's also on a bridge above a ravine).
A little less than 1 km south of Lawrence, turn left into Sunnybrook. |

Personnelly I'd suck it up and go on the 400 Younge St isn't a great choice Bathurst is slightly better - but a lot depends on the tme you want to go as well |
